In the event of a change of mind, cutting error or other circumstances, non -non -errors from our company, it is possible to make a change within 7 days.
The costs for the return shipping are always charged to you.
The return of the money is not expected in no case.
Eventually it is possible to request a shopping voucher of the value of the purchased goods.
In case of return:
1. The cost of transport will not be refunded.
2. The return expenses are borne by the customer.
3. The product, the packaging and the content of the box must be returned as new and intact.
4. The product must not have been used but only viewed.
We do not make you rendered, but only change with other goods inside the shop.
In the event of withdrawal, a letter must be attached inside the package in which it must be specified: name and surname, username (the one from which the purchase was made), telephone number, reason for the return and date of purchase.
